Mackie's ice cream is made on the fourth generation family farm in Aberdeenshire. Environmentally Mackie's Aberdeenshire home farm & windmill friendly management helps achieve best use of the farm land to feed the cows to produce high quality milk and cream for making luxury ice cream. A team of 70 people (and 500 Jersey and Holstein Friesian cows) work in the ice cream dairy and on the farm.
