Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and manage weekly and rolling production plans across all departments

· Translate demand forecasts into clear daily and weekly production schedules

· Lead weekly planning meetings and represent Planning in daily operations reviews

· Communicate plans and changes clearly to production and support teams

· Use SAP/MRP (or similar ERP systems) to maintain accurate planning and master data

· Monitor production performance against plan and proactively manage risks

· Adjust plans in response to breakdowns, labour issues, or material delays

· Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and processe

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

· Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment (FMCG/food preferred)

· Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)

· Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally

· Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Desirable:

· Food manufacturing experience

· Continuous Improvement / Lean exposure
