Main Duties and Responsibilities Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage) + Overtime Opportunities Hours: This role is based on a flexible Monday to Friday schedule of 40 hours a week, typically across 4 working days. Shift patterns may vary depending on the department you are assigned to and will follow a two-week rotation. Examples of shift patterns include: 05:00–15:30 or 07:30–18:00 05:30–16:00 or 08:30–19:00 Honeycomb/ Chocolate- 06:00- 16:30 Exact working hours will be confirmed based on departmental needs. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for Production Operative to join our friendly and fast-paced chocolate & honeycomb team and main factory. What You’ll Be Doing: Working in our production and packaging facility Operating semi-automated production lines Monitoring efficiency and carrying out regular quality checks Packing off finished goods and maintaining high standards Ensuring smooth daily production with hands-on teamwork Previous experience in food manufacturing is a bonus – but full training will be provided. A good level of physical fitness is important as the role involves manual handling and lifting. Please note: Due to our rural location, access to your own transport is essential.
