Main Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and analyse month end management accounts, including management report, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and variance analysis for review Assessment of monthly accruals and prepayments Monitor and Calculate Stock valuation Assist with the preparation of the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget Prepare monthly packs for departments to compare actual v’s budget spend Maintain fixed asset register Maintain cash flow reports Prepare balance sheet reconciliations Maintain product costing information, including overhead absorption Analysis of costs, margins and sales pricing providing insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability Involvement with continued improvement of SAP processes around product costing, stock movement and manufacturing production Liase and hold monthly meetings with department leads Lead with preparation of the year end statutory accounts and liaison with the auditors Assist with project to improve the internal controls and processes Ad hoc analysis as required Provide support to Head of Finance as required Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship; therefore, candidates must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application. Experience and Qualifications Solid relevant experience in a Finance role preferably in a manufacturing environment CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified SAP Business One experience preferred but not essential Strong excel skills A commercial mindset and excellent analytical skills
