Main Duties and Responsibilities Setting up of machines for the daily plan. Managing filler changes. Troubleshooting and repair of coding issues. Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery. Operating tools to aid in the manufacturing process. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Working with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops. Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Maintain activity logs. Observing and following company safety rules and regulations.
