Terms & Conditions – Mackie’s Charity Grant

1. The Mackie’s Charity Grant application process opens on  9 July 2026 and closes at  11:59pm on 21 August 2026. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

2. Applications are open to registered charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations operating locally, regionally or nationally within the UK.

3. Only one application per charity or organisation will be accepted.

4. Applicants must complete the application form in full and provide accurate information. Mackie’s of Scotland reserves the right to request further information where required.

5. Applications will be assessed against the fund themes outlined on the application page and reviewed by a dedicated decision panel established by Mackie’s of Scotland to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.

6. Three charities will each receive a grant of  £10,000 through the public application process. In addition, ten charities will each receive a  £1,000 donation through a separate staff-led selection process.

7. Successful charities will be selected at the sole discretion of the decision panel. The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

8. One successful grant recipient will be announced each month following the application period. Successful applicants will be contacted directly before any public announcement is made.

9. By submitting an application, applicants agree that, if successful, Mackie’s of Scotland may use the charity’s name, logo, photographs and details of the funded project in marketing, public relations, social media, website content and other promotional materials relating to the Charity Grant.

10. Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.

11. Mackie’s of Scotland reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Charity Grant scheme and these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances require.

12. By submitting an application, applicants confirm that they have the authority to apply on behalf of their organisation and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
