Terms and Conditions – Mackie’s and Gressingham Duck By entering the competition, all entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Promotion Entry Period: Entries will be accepted until the final closing date at 11:59pm 19th November 2023. The Prize: 10 x winners will win a duck night-in hamper plus Mackie’s ice cream vouchers and chocolate. Each prize includes: A voucher for Gressingham Duck worth £50; A bottle of wine; A candle An apron A Gressingham Duck recipe book 3 x Mackie’s ice cream 1ltr vouchers; and 5 x 120 g Mackie’s chocolate bars. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. Prizes may vary dependent on availability. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. The winners will be selected by random draw from all entries received by the closing date and will be contacted by email within the week following the 19th November 2023, the date the draw closes for entries. If no response or acknowledgement is received by Mackie’s or Gressingham Duck from the prospective winners within 10 days of their being notified by email, the prize will be re-issued to another winner instead, selected by random draw from the remaining entrants.
