Terms and Conditions – Withworths Promotion Entry Period Entries will be accepted until the final closing date at midnight on Monday 10th April 2023. The Prize 1 winner will win a year’s supply of Mackie’s chocolate (26 bars), a Mackie’s of Scotland tea towel, Mackie’s of Scotland apron and a year’s supply of Whitworths Shots products (365 pouches). Three runners-up will win a tasting selection of Mackie’s chocolate (5 bars), a Mackie’s of Scotland tea towel and a Mackie’s of Scotland Mug. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. Prizes may vary dependent on stock availability or price changes and the delivery date of prizes to winners will depend on stock availability and delivery lead times. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entrants may only enter once. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. The winners will be selected by random draw from all entries received by the closing date and will be contacted by email by the Monday following the draw’s close. If no reply is received within 2 weeks, then the prize will be re-issued to another winner(s) selected by random draw from the remaining entrants.
