Terms and Conditions The Promoter is Mackie’s Ltd, Westertown, Rothienorman, Aberdeenshire, AB51 8US, company registered in Scotland 30096. A list of winners will also be available 7 days after the closing date of the competition by contacting the promoter. The Prize – 1 x winner will win a £2,000 voucher to redeem at CoolStays.co.uk as well as £500 spending money. The prize is to be taken subject to availability and black-out dates will apply. Travel to each location is not included. The prize must be taken by 31st December 2022. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. In addition to the main prize winner, Mackie’s will also have 100 runner-up prizes – also selected by random draw on the same advertised dates. The prize, Mackie’s Discovery Boxes, contains a picnic blanket, mug, hot chocolate stick, map and 5 bars of Mackie’s chocolate in their full range of flavours and two vouchers for a tub of Mackie’s Ice Cream. There is 1 main prize along with 100 additional runner-up prizes. The prizes are as stated and there is no cash alternative. Mackie’s reserve the right to alter the prizes and offer a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value should the promoted prize be no longer available or deemed no longer fitting by Mackies. The prizes may vary dependent on stock availability or price changes and the delivery date of prizes to winners will depend on stock availability and delivery lead times. Promotion Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from on 9am 30th May 2021 until the final closing date at midnight on Thursday 31st March 2022. The main prize and 99 discovery boxes will be drawn on 2nd September 2021, one final winner will be drawn on 31st March 2022 who will receive a discovery box along with a years supply of ice cream. The winners will be selected at random on the Friday following the respective draw’s close on Thursday at midnight. Each winner will have 21 days after being contacted to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that time, their prize will be forfeited, and Mackie’s shall be entitled to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries for that prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The winners of all prizes in connection with the Promotion may be asked to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish at least the name and county of residence of all winners. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves.
