Main Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning of production equipment, tanks, lines, and facility areas according to cleaning schedules and procedures. Operate and monitor CIP systems to clean internal surfaces of pipes, vessels, and process lines. Prepare and handle cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and company guidelines. Record cleaning activities, CIP cycles, and verification checks Inspect cleaned equipment and areas for cleanliness and proper reassembly before startup. Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure hygienic design and functionality of equipment. Follow and enforce hygiene standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and site safety procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions, contamination risks, or hygiene issues to management team immediately. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday. working from 20:00 pm to 04:30am Up to £14:85 per hour Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship; therefore, candidates must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
