Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the Coldstore, working closely with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Monitor and record all stock movements in and out of the Coldstore in real time
  • Process orders, create picking lists, and ensure accurate dispatch documentation
  • Coordinate goods-in and goods-out, including checking deliveries and resolving discrepancies
  • Carry out regular stock checks and support stock takes and rotation
  • Ensure all stock is correctly located, labelled, and traceable
  • Liaise with drivers, hauliers, and third-party logistics providers
  • Book deliveries and manage loading/unloading schedules
  • Work with veterinary authorities to obtain export health certificates
  • Maintain accurate records to support invoicing and audits
  • Work to and support KPIs including stock accuracy and on-time dispatch

Pay: 26,500 p.a.

Location: Kintore site, Carnie Road, AB51

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Comfortable working both in an office and within a warehouse/coldstore setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with stock and paperwork
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in operations
  • Confident communicator, able to work with warehouse teams, drivers, and customers
  • Good IT skills (Excel and Word essential; WMS/SAP desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Salary 

  • A full time permanent contract of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, and generous staff benefits including profit related pay and private health cover.
