Ice cream is a wonderfully versatile and convenient indulgence - never better than scooped simply onto a cone for a summer snack or comforting treat by the fire. The intended definition of our snack category is that these are ultra quick, often simple "no cook" recipes to treat yourself with Mackie's ice cream between meal.
