Mackie’s free MOObile Ringtones There are thousands of ,free ringtones available today from Mackie’s – 8,000 and free by text on a first come first serve basis. Please first check your provider - It only works with subscribers to Vodafone, O2, Orange & Virgin or tmobile.

The ringtone is provided free of charge but you will be charged at operators standard rates for your outbound text message and short download time - please refer to your standard tariff for details.

Only 1 free ringtone allowed per unique mobile number - repeat requests for free tones will receive no response but will incur network operator charges, if you are having trouble please refer to our troubleshooting guide below. A WAP enabled phone is required Handsets must be compatible with real tone formats - for list of compatible handsets available at start date of promotion please visit www.isomob.com/compatibility.

To avoid disappointment please contact your handset manufacturer to check compatibility. If the handset is not compatible recipients will receive a Mackie's mobile phone wallpaper instead.

Mobile phone data will not be passed onto any external parties and will not be used for any future promotional activity by the promoter.

FAQ
How do I receive Polyphonic Ringtones, and Real Tones?
Use our compatibility guide to see if your phone can accept this type of ringtone. Polyphonic ringtones cannot be delivered via SMS. Instead, we will send you a WAP message with instructions to download the ringtone yourself. The WAP message will include a link to the location of your ringtone. Follow that link and save the ringtone to your phone. The download will occur via the GPRS network. Not all mobile phones have their WAP and GPRS settings enabled. To check if your phone has a WAP and GPRS setting and to have it enabled, please contact your network provider or refer to your phone's manual. Sometimes, your network provider may not be able to connect you to our WAP site. You will get a message saying 'network busy' or 'cannot connect to server', in this case, just try again later. If you think you have a problem with your network WAP & GPRS settings then please contact your operator on the numbers below:

Depending on your handset, you may find your WAP message in your Service message inbox, MMS inbox, SMS inbox or any other folder in your "Messages folder".Some handsets require you to go to your Bookmarks folder and may require you to make a WAP connection first. What if my handset is WAP/GPRS enabled and I still have problems?

Troubleshooting
Credit - If you are using a prepaid phone plan, please ensure you have enough credit on your phone otherwise your ringtone cannot be delivered. Network Delays - Most messages are delivered within seconds. In the case of a network delay, ringtone delivery can take up to 2 hours. In severe cases, the delivery process can be delayed for up to 24 hours. All services are for ages 16 and over only. Always ask permission from the person who pays the bill before ordering. Please check handset and network compatibility before purchasing.
