We have added our recipe for making an ice cream cake to the RECIPE section You can make a Queens Jubilee Ice Cream cake by selecting red, white and even blue colours. We find that Ice Cream Cakes are very popular for birthday parties too (all ages!). It is an easy way to enjoy ice cream with friends - have a great holiday weekend!
