If your message is about a particular tub of ice cream or a bag of crisps - please try to include the code from the rim of the tub or the back of the bag in your message - because that identifies the time and date of production and will help us investigate immediately. Please also include your contact details - phone number and postal address -  so that we can get in touch or offer a refund where appropriate.
